I’m a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Durham College, with a strong passion for helping others heal, recover, and feel their best.

As a former rep hockey player and multi-sport athlete, I experienced firsthand the impact massage therapy can have—especially during my recoveries from concussions and other injuries. That personal journey is what inspired me to pursue a career where I could offer the same care and relief to others.

I provide personalized treatments, whether you’re looking for deep tissue work, relaxation massage, or a blend of both. Every session is tailored to meet your individual needs and wellness goals. Whether you’re managing chronic tension, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to relax, I’m here to support you with compassion, professionalism, and hands-on care.

I see chiropractic care as more than just treatment, it’s about empowering individuals to take control of their health and wellness. As a partner in your health team, I help patients overcome pain, recover from setbacks, and build the strength to return to the sports, hobbies, and everyday activities they love.

At Peak Health & Wellness, I take a patient-centered approach where every treatment plan is designed around your specific needs and goals. My care blends chiropractic adjustments with medical acupuncture, therapeutic modalities, soft-tissue and Graston IASTM therapy, as well as rehabilitative exercise. This holistic approach supports both immediate relief and ongoing wellness.

I’m a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and have spent the past 10 years as a clinician faculty member there, inspiring and mentoring future chiropractors. This role keeps me grounded in the latest evidence-based care while also allowing me to share practical, hands-on knowledge with the next generation of practitioners.

Brooklin has been home for my family and I for over a decade. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me at the rink playing hockey, cheering on my kids, or connecting with neighbours. Being part of this community has shaped both my personal and professional life, and I’m proud to serve the Brooklin community at Peak.

Robyn has been providing registered massage therapy for over 10 years in the Durham area. Living a healthy lifestyle is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally. Growing up playing sports and camping with her family, she recognized the value of being active and embracing nature. That later guided her to massage therapy.

Robyn loves what she does which translates to the care she provides. She carefully caters each massage to the individual and the overall goals of the treatment. Getting to the root of the problem and treating the cause rather than the symptoms is what she strives to do with her patients. Over the years she has learned how to balance therapeutic treatment techniques with relaxation, allowing for the important work to be done while still enjoying the soothing effects of massage therapy. Robyn’s experience and knowledge will provide you with the comfort and care your body needs.

Robyn has an advanced diploma in massage therapy from Centennial College and is also trained in kinesiology taping. Being a very active person allows Robyn to provide consistent, quality care. Encouraging patients to take responsibility for their health and provide them with the appropriate tools to do so is an important aspect to her practice.

When she’s not at the clinic you can find her working out, hiking with her dogs, reading, portaging, embracing the elements with extreme sports or just sitting in the woods enjoying the peace and quiet. Life is all about balance.

I decided that I wanted to become a Chiropractor when I was just 9 years old, on the day of my very first chiropractic adjustment! My family would attend our visits together, and that is still my favourite way to experience chiropractic… adjusting multiple generations together in one room!

Something called me to chiropractic that day, and it has not left my life since.

My wonder and awe for chiropractic have been especially ignited after becoming a mother and watching my newborn’s brain and neurology develop through his milestones and growth… right before my eyes.

I truly believe that the health of our family unit depends on us as parents. It is imperative that we pass down a hopeful vision for health that is far greater than the norm. This means leading by example and putting health as a top priority in every decision we make, for all family members.

I believe “just adding chiropractic” to the family routine is one of the best ways to minimize the effects of stress, sports, and daily life. Through chiropractic, we can maximize the potential of the human body and brain to thrive, heal, and adapt to everything we throw at it.

I’m humbled that so many three- and four-generation families have joined my practice, showing they understand there is immense value in chiropractic care for all ages. It’s a privilege to be asked to care for someone’s most valued people.

Most recently, I’ve completed extensive postgraduate work to expand my proficiency in caring for the littlest of patients. These certifications include: Webster Certification (for pregnancy), intraoral work for babies with nursing concerns and infant TMJ dysfunction, assessment of milestones and retained reflexes, cranial work for plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome), and I’m a Certified Pediatric Posture Specialist through the American Posture Institute. I also incorporate Acupuncture, Graston Technique, kinesio taping, and cupping into my practice… because littles grow into athletes, and athletes become weekend warriors who now spend their workdays leaning over computers!

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me trying to keep up with my husband, Paul and my little dude, Birch (born in 2016). We’re often in nature and on skis whenever possible, the downhill, cross-country, or water kind. I’m passionate about movement and keeping myself strong enough to carry my son up the stairs to bed. He now gets a kick out of it, and bedtime goes that much smoother. My own adjustments help me tolerate the aftermath!

Finally, I’m proud to say that Peak Health & Wellness has been empowering Brooklin families for over 15 years, since I founded it in 2010. Our entire team shares a passion for serving this community…and it shows in the care we deliver, no matter which team member you see, including our administration! I hope you’ll continue to choose the Peak team as your trusted healthcare advisors for these reasons and more!
